RESTAURANT AND BAR

The highly acclaimed restaurant at the Queen’s Arms is run under the watchful eye of head chef, Gary Burns, who is originally from Scotland, but who trained at some of Australia’s leading fine dining restaurants before taking his place at the helm of the Queen’s Arms.

Central to Gary’s philosophy is serving the freshest, seasonal ingredients in an innovative yet simple way. Working with local suppliers, Gary is particular partial to game which features heavily during the season and includes his signature dish, Venison Carpaccio.

Working closely with Gary and his team is wine expert, Vincent Gasnier. A Master Sommelier and former winner of the UK Sommelier of the Year competition, Vincent has created the wine list at the Queen’s offering a small, but innovative selection of interesting and and good value wines as well as local cask ales.

Sunday lunch 12pm-4pm

Dinner Monday-Saturday 6:30pm-9:30pm
